Here’s how it works:

1) Read the Job Details very carefully. 

2)  If you know someone who matches at least 80% of the requirements, then you should refer the job to that person.    

3) Click on the "Refer someone to this Job" link, and then fill out the referral form.  This will send an email to the person containing a link to the job and all the job details.  

4) The person will be able to answer all the screening questions and apply to the job directly.

5) Everything is tracked automatically. Each referral is tracked by your email address and their email address. Plus you can always follow up with any applicant at any time to confirm their status and progress.

6) Every time one of your referrals gets hired you will be rewarded financially (with a payment from us) and emotionally with the personal gratitude of the person who got hired. Payments are sent to you monthly by Paypal or Check mailed to your address.

Note: The employer pays the hiring commission so there are no fees to the job seeker and the job seeker is not required to Sign up in order to apply to these jobs.
